While I do not think the COVID 19 is a hoax, I do think it is being used by unscrupulous players to influence the direction of our nation. For a time our Bible study/prayer group which meets in our home was held on a conference call via cell phones. It worked well but we missed seeing each other and as things calmed down we decided to go back to face to face meetings. Then last week we lost a good Christian friend, she had a Bible study in her home and someone not knowing they were infected attended. Peggy Trainor ( our friend) caught the virus and died in 10 days at 73. We attended the outside service for her Sunday morning. It appears that this plague is not over. God expects us to be wise, James 1:5 tell us that if we are not we can ask God and He will generously give it to us. With my Peggy’s autoimmune problem, we have been being very careful so we have decided to go back starting tonight with the phone meeting. I know a lot of people have been worried about the virus but as we prepare to fast tomorrow I want to encourage everyone by reading Psalm 23. Someone has said that” fear not” in some form appears 365 times in the Bible. I have not counted but I am encouraged that God wants us to get the message to walk in His promises and rely on Him, our strong and mighty Tower. God bless you and we will meet tonight.
